Hi there folks I've just joined into the balloon chat
Any ideas for a GAY festival, predominantly pink structures, not rude (I've got that one covered), It's mostly the same sex female couples that I'm having problem with do they have a special symbol? or animal? or something. But anything you can think of. It has to be quite quick to constuct also as I might get a queue.

my tip is just do the same stuff they are gay thats it, you dont have to do every thing in pink

Ask the booker if there is anything special they would like included otherwise just go with the flow Nutmeg - I've done a a few gigs for the gay community - civil ceremonies etc and I don't treat them any differently to any other gig and I get asked back.

flowers, pink poodles, also check out the gay symbols on google images.

Working this type of event is not really any different than working any other adult event so making what you would normally will do just fine.  

However, if you find you have the time, rainbows are a good choice:
A 6 balloon jester hat using red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple.

Try using an agate balloon to make a 260 fish with a round in the center.  When I use an agate to make that fish I always call it a 'rainbow trout'.  

You can also make a 'care bear' and use your markers to draw a rainbow on the chest.  Rainbow Bear is pink with a white muzzle and white tummy.

Fairies also seem to be quite popular for ladies as well as diamond rings.

RAINBOW on a cloud is lovely. 3 white 260's braided and muti coloured slotted in rainbow shaped. I'm sure it's on youtube!
