After an unexpected win in week 15 here is week 16. Im not as capable when it comes to making up a design off the top of my head, so I have had to adapt one of my favourite designs and add something extra.

My daughter decided what it was going to be as she loves a) hats and b) penguins.

Two black 350's and the wings are one 160. The eyes and tummy were also a 350 and the feet and beak a 160.

Well with the limited number of entries this week the decision is fairly straight forward. Stuart elected me this week so its going to have to be our illustrious forum maestro Graham.

This is a fun thread and I'm so sorry for not joining in this week.  I have had balloon sculpture orders coming out my wahzoo!  I will definitely join in this week.  I liked all the penguins!
