It's just the traditional 260q qualatex black. Maybe it's due to the light that it looks a different colour?

Brontosaurus by Ralph Dewey, I think. This is just about the easiest and quickest animal that I know how to make.

I thought I had worked this out myself, but then I saw a post from Dave Hickory on another forum, with the identical owl.  :(  I probably saw it before, and it was floating around in my head.

Anyway, this is my take on a North American Screech Owl.

Cheers,

Kath, This thread has gone slightly off topic?
The idea was to post any animal & then someone else would post a variation, then the next person could post anything & then another variation.
So shall we see if we can get that going again?

Oh, I am sorry! I completely misunderstood the whole thing! I had thought, especially after you gave the list of models that we'd done - that we could all do variations on all the models, just adding more and more as we went along. I guess that would end up with everything being too messy. Sorry about the motorbike as well.  :(

Cheers,
Kath 8-)

Just to try & get a few more joining in on this game, anyone can post to start & then hopefully someone else will post a variation of the same model.
So far we have had;

Vacum cleaner
Elephant x 2
Fish
Dinosaeur

You can post any of these animals again as long as it's another variation, so here comes the next one; a bike. So if you have another version please post, there are instructions posted on how to upload a picture onto the site,

This is why I thought we could all post anything.

Kath,

Your more than welcome to post anything, I was just trying to get some variations as I'm sure we all have our favorite XYZ and it's good to see what other people prefer. Please carry on posting whatever you like or even start a new game up etc.
Dont forget it's our forum :D

A variation on Thelma's flower made from a 160; while making the flower if it's turned upside down would be a good coconut tree   Just an idea

I was thinking along the same lines Petra.  I was playing with it to make a fairy wand though using a silver ballooon. Of course it would mean using another balloon for the stick part.
