With valentines coming up I thought it would be great to show how much we love "Balloon Chat".
So in this contest you email me or hopefully graham your photo  we will put it up, then on Valentine's day I will show a list of names all you have to do is match the artist with their balloon

What exactly are we meant to be making for this contest?  Is it something that incorporates BC or is it anything valentines?
