It's that time of year again, the Blackpool magic convention is next weekend 17/19th Feb.
We drive up Wed morning to start setting the stand late wed afternoon and on Thursday.
Then open Fri/Sat/Sun. The plan is to build a full size motorbike for people to sit on if all
goes well and we do not come up with a plan "B"
Just about to set off for Blackpool....
well to Thelma's actually and then first thing in morning carrying on up to Blackpool.
See you all on the other side....................ten, four rubber duck!
Some pictures from the event.
Thelma suggested the club dog logo with the new chrome gold.
There will be a lot of bike pictures as that is what the majority of the time was spent on.
Thelma beavering away.
The wheels finished.
Thelma moving onto the handle bars after finishing the engine.
More of the bike.
Riding with the wind through our hair, he he.
Next time we might bring a strong fan for that effect
or make a crash helmet so people are road safe.
It was my birthday while up in Blackpool, I got a few cards
some cakes and a 4 petal flower ;)
The chrome certainly made a difference.
You can see the new table cloth we have for the events.
Thelma was not too happy with the look of the exhaust,
I did not mind it as it served a purpose.
Trying to get a better back ground picture.
Finally some pictures of other things rather than the bike..................
not too many though!
Was this not the best person to have sitting on the bike?
Some chrome design balloons.
Plus the spider and fidget spinner,
let me tell you a funny story about the spider.....................
Some clown on a bike, rofl.................with a wonky front wheel.
As mentioned it was my birthday while away and Flipo who works with Leo
in Belgium brought me a little cake, it was lit at the time as well :)
Thelma was not keen on the exhaust, I think sometimes we are our own worst critics.
Next time we will do it different but it served a purpose at the show.
With the added front mud guard.
The equity guy came around and took our picture on the last day.
We always have a chat with him as he is at all the shows we attend but
we only know him as the equity guy, we should find out what his name is.
The last of the Blackpool pictures.
