I have been thinking for a while of arranging a jam I live in the Billericay area of Essex and wondered if I arranged one would anyone be interested. If it was only 1/2 dozen peps would be quite happy to hold it at my house. If it was more popular I would look for a local hall that may mean a small fee to cover hall charge (do have one in mind). I may be able to find a few left over decorating balloons for people to play with. Otherwise it would be a bring your own balloons and lets play.

Let me know if you are interested I was thinking of say a Tuesday evening.

Oh that may actually be possible for me.  Would depend what times as I have 2 small kiddies and it would take me a bit over an hour to get there.

I'm actually working for the County Council at the County Show near you in mid September so it would be good to have a rough idea of where I am going.

Ok I have a date Monday the 6th October the plan is to hold it at my house unless the numbers get to big. If they do then I can get the village hall opposite my house.

I would hope to start at about 7pm and it to be open house till 10pm. Just bring your balloons and let's twist.

Sorry Yvonne. I was going to do it the week before, and just as I went to post Graham put up about the Thelma gig.

I was not going to risk the wroth of Thelma.

No do not worry about it I couldn't possibly make all the jams there are within driving distance from here with the amount there are for face painting too.  I'll just keep my fingers crossed that it is a success and that you decide to do another later on  

Hi all just wanted to check if anyone else was interested as an I dear of numbers for Monday would be good as not sure about booking the hall or doing it at my house if anyone wanted to come by train I would be happy to pick you up from the train station.

Afraid not I had good response but unfortunately most of those that were going to come could not make the date. (There was only going to be 3 of us) so am looking to rearrange in the near future watch this space.
