Just back from attending the face painting event in Dudley, Birmingham.
A few pictures to start, set up day.
I took some of the designs I had been making at home.
Welcome evening. I decided to have the balloon workshop on designs that
the body feet and legs were very similar. I gave it a little thought.
There were six designs in all, Dinosaur, not shown
plus the fox, unicorn, elephant, dog and reindeer.
Another panda made at the event.
This is a cartoon character from a TV show that I was asked to make.
Forget what it was called.
A few designs hanging around.
I used the body from one rhino and attached the head from the other to make another version.
Making a pug, deciding on a body structure and eye colour.
A few pictures of the pug.
A few more.
It was then onto the motorbike.
The gala night.
More pictures.
Even more pictures.
The ice sculpture was cool, he he.
Many had gone to town over the fancy dress.
There was a varied selection.
More from the fancy dress.
And more.
There was entertainment throughout the night.
It was then onto the awards and I was not paying attention to who won what etc.
I'm sure it will be announced on the face painting facebook page, winter wonderland.
The last of the awards.
Then it was onto the fancy dress competition.
The lady who was the carrier bag was funny as when she was walking
about all was fine but when she sat down she disappeared into the bag.
It was funny.
A few of the balloon centre pieces.
My ladies of latex ;)
Julies partner in crime getting into the role.
Pam and Paul decorated the venue and the gala dinner,
it all looked very nice and winter wonderland which was
pretty good as that was the theme for this year.
Adding to the bike and another pug, well it was meant to be a pug but
someone commented it looked more like a Shih Tzu.
The dogs.
The last few, normally the rabbit does not have paws added so we tried in black.
Does not work for me, well not in black.
That's all the pictures from the face painting event, Winter Wonderland.
The next event will be in 2020 as its every other year.
