Justa reminder to those attending the Leeds day that you do have to bring your own balloons to the days now, I will be supplying those required for the lecture/workshops.

Lyn and I arrived safetly at our hotel and have just been out for a meal with Colin and Thelma, all ready for tomorrow  

Graham, i will be bringing some plain buns, but if you want some cream buns you will have to bring your own cream!

Back at the hotel after a really nice day with Shirley and Colin who both did excellent lecture workshops, we then went for a good meal and a chat. Some have gone into Leeds to see Shirley and Dave at the pub that they work in on a Tuesday night. I'm getting too old to burn the candle at both ends but the day has been enjoyable. Will try to post a few pictures on Thursday when we get back home.

I wanted to say what a pleasure it was to attend the Leeds two day event.  Thank you Graham and Lyn for all the hard work you put into organising these events.  I realise its a long trapse for you but it is appreciated.

Thank you Shirley for an absolutely superb workshop.  Wow!  

Thank you Colin Myles for your excellent models and how entertaining you were in the face of the Lepricorn's naughty magic spells. hehehe.  Great models, loved ipod man and the flower

Also a big thank you to Daniel McCullough who came along today and showed us some very nice models and techniques.  Very good stuff and very useable.  

All in all with great workshops and very nice company in those who attended it really was a very pleasant two days.  Great to see everyone again.

Home again after a great couple of days, many thanks to both Graham and Lyn, also to Colin, Shirley and Daniel. These events are fantastic not only for the models that you are being shown, but to open the door to the creativity behind the model. I will have to find some pictures to post up and see how many different variations on Daniel's head there was.

Back home again, gosh the rain was horrible, but it was worth while, I had a great time in Leeds

You go away for a few days and it seems like it takes another few days to catch up, I have 200 odd emails to catch up with from just 3 days away.
I will attempt to post some pictures later if I get a few minutes to put them on the computer and re-size etc. Thanks to all who made this yet another excellent two day event with plenty of fun and laughter along the way. Thanks to Colin, Shirley and Daniel for all their hard work in putting on three excellent lecture/workshop sessions. So many good ideas to mull over yet again, sometimes the mind boggles with information overload and I believe although we do still have to check that 6 more people re-joined the club, so more good news.
