Thelma is coming down to see me at the end of the month & yesterday when we were at kidology I said about organising a lecture for her while she was down, so here it is;
Tuesday 30th Sept 10.30 till 4.30
It will either be depending on numbers that book either at my house in Sutton, Surrey or I may need to book a hall & then we'll move it to Banstead which is about 3 miles from where I live.
The lecture will include, halloween & christmas balloons with lot's of other bits & pieces.
Cost for the day will be £20.

Graham,
As (I think) Thelma is North based have you thought about repeating this in the Manchester (or Leeds :cry:) area? It would be a good test of your dual venue concept for next year :D ;) :D

Sorry, it was just a spur of the moment thing as Thelma was coming down to stay with me for a few days we thought it would be nice to offer the day as Thelma just keeps coming up with so many new designs all the time.

if you want a free venue up north i can offer my farm house, plenty of room peace and quiet to shatter! Absolutely no prob with parking, nice and central five mins to motorway. The offer is there to all northern twisters, and would be willing to demo face painting if anyone is interested!
Martin, your reply made me laugh. I thought Thelma lived very near to Leicester?

Thelma lives not far from me - compared to Surrey we are North - but I think we're still South of Lincoln :D :)

You know I could always have people round at my house too if anyone is interested. I am quite happy to have a day of twisting at my home if enough of you are interested. And if anyone from further North wants to invite me to do one at their place again I could travel up. As for the North of France---- Make it the South of France!!!!!!! Now that would be tempting!!!!
