Title: Sitters
Creator: Bonnie, The Balloon Lady

Description: This is a collection of a dozen designs all based on 'sitting' animals. The CD is in a PDF printable format complete with 12 full color step-by-step photo instructions. Most of the models use only three 260's.

I regularly use all of these designs while twisting in my restaurants and birthday parties and at least half of the designs while line twisting. To add variety to what I make during an event, I mix and match the leg arrangements even though I tend to favor the arrangement with the front legs separated because those designs can actually sit on their own without the need of a weight or to be propped up. (And yes, I even add them to hat bases when I get the chance. lol)

Bonnie very kindly sent over her lastest CD's for me to view way back in early April. Now as many of you know it does sometimes take me a while to get around to viewing things   :(  :o
Well I decided to have a go at the cheetah today as when Bonnie sent them to me I did email back saying I thought this was just excellent design. So this is my first effort at making it and I did follow the instructions which again are very clear, well written and with plenty of pictures to help out as well.
I possibly need to adjust the bubbles for the nose/muzzle and make the thighs slightly bigger as well but I just love the look  :)  perhaps it's the look of the eyes that does it with the puff of air in a black 260.
So another very good CD by Bonnie  :D

I am still working through some of Bonnie's other wonderful CDs but couldn't resist buying this the minute I saw it - I am just weak
Looks like Thelma's CD's will be my next weakness

Balloonbaboon, I am eternally grateful you have a weakness.

Graham, I really can't see much difference between the Cheetah you made and the one I made.  (OK, maybe better lighting on my pics but that's all.  :? ) Thanks for taking the time to post your pic.

Happy twisting,
Bonnie
P.S. I found out not too long ago that my P.O. will cash money orders IF they are made out by another government P.O. in USD.  For instance, I know I can cash a money order from Canada or the UK, if the money order is made out in USD and purchased from the Post Office.

I was told about this by a friend and even though I was skeptical I agreed to try it (my bank gives me a hassle over all money orders and refuses to cash one from another country without charging me as much or more than the value of the money order).  My post master didn't even hesitate to cash the Canadian money order when I showed it to him.

So ... those of you who really dislike PayPal but would still like one or more of my CDs, now there is a way to purchase them.  :)  Just contact me first for a mailing address and tell me what country you live in (just so I can double check that my post office likes your post office).  Once your money order arrives I can either e-mail you the files or send you the hard copy(s).

I purchased Sitters & 2fers last week & absolutely LOVE THEM!!!
Please forgive the poor quality of photos.  They were taken with my cell phone & I haven't had a chance to try to edit them or get pics with my good camera.

The frog from sitters is TOO CUTE!

Ida Twister, thank you for sharing your pics!  I am very happy to hear that you are pleased with your purchase.  :)

The frog design has been in the top 10 of my most frequently made hand held sculptures for over 4 years now. It's always a crowd pleaser.  I've made it so many times I sometimes think I can make it in my sleep.

I really like the way you have displayed the horse.

Happy twisting,

Thanks Bonnie!  Wow... a compliment on my twisting from a PRO!!  You made my day!!  :D   I just recently learned how to display things with the geos.  I've had that bag for months now & no clue what to do with them except a very basic flower top (which doesn't impress me in the least) & inverting it to make an elephant.  So when a very nice fellow twister shared with me how to attach them them to display... well, I couldn't wait to use it.  I gave the horse to my mom & she LOVED it!  She even bragged about it last weekend to my cousins.  :D
