That is a nice rendition.  I noticed you have a white bubble on the cat's head.  Why don't you add a tail to it and draw whiskers on it to make it a mouse sitting on the cat's head.  That would add humour and a story to it.  Especially with the way the cat is looking up.  Nice artwork too!!

This is my attempt, I've just cheated a little bit for the junction between forhead and eyes. I think the muzzle is a little bit too long. I've made the chest longer, I think it makes more visual, but this is just my opinion

What do you think about my attempt??

Here we go with the cat instructions;

Inflate a black 260 with 7 fingers un inflated. The head is a series of bubbles, 4 fingers for side of head, 3 finger pinch twist for the ear. Two 2 finger bubbles for the top of the head. The eyes will twist into the centre of the top of the head later. Another 3 finger bubble for the ear and then a 4 finger bubble for the other side of the face, tie the knot of the balloon around the bottom of the side of the face bubble.

Inflate a white 260 leaving 7 fingers un inflated, twist two1 finger pinch twists for the top of the nose section and a 1.5 finger bubble for the mouth. This is followed by a 2 finger bubble for the side of the nose that is wrapped around the bottom of the head, then twist a 3 finger bubble for an eye up and over the centre of the head bubble that we mentioned earlier.

Twist a second 2 finger bubble down the back of the head and twist this into the bottom of the face and push this bubble gently through the centre of the head so that both eye bubbles are at the front of the head. Do another 2 finger bubble for the side of the nose followed by a 1 finger bubble which is again wrapped into the bottom of the face. This 1 finger bubble will sit at the top of the nose and will pull the mouth and nose upwards.
The whisker part of the face is a 2 finger bubble then a 4 finger bubble wrapped around the bottom of the face, repeat for the other side.

Twist a 2 finger pinch twist into the back of the head with the black balloon which will help to hold the nose, whiskers and head all in the correct position. Twist a 1 finger bubble for the neck of the cat in black followed by two 1 finger pinch twists which will help to keep the head and feet/body in the correct position later.

You can either break off the white balloon behind the nose and re attach at the two black pinch twists at this point or just do a 1 finger bubble and wrap around the two pinch twist and then leave a softish 6/8 finger bubble which will be the cats white tummy.

Twist a 5 finger bubble for the front leg followed by a 1 finger pinch twist and then a 2 finger bubble for the top of the toes. Break off excess balloon.

Inflate another black 260 leaving 7 fingers un inflated; twist a 2 finger bubble for the top of the second toe followed by a 1 finger pinch twist. Twist a 2 finger bubble into the pinch twist from the first leg/toe section.

Then twist a 4 finger bubble, 1 finger pinch twist and another 4 finger bubble that will be for the cats rear legs in the sitting position and wrap the balloon around the other pinch twist behind the cats other toe/foot. Twist a 5 finger bubble for the other leg twisted into the two neck pinch twists followed by a 5 finger bubble that will be for the back of the cat, this will get wrapped around the back pinch twist which is there to get the tail to sit up nicely. Do the tail so that you are happy with the size of it, on mine it's approx a 10 finger bubble and then have two 1 finger bubbles where the white part of the tail will attach which is a 3/4 finger bubble.

Use the rest of the white balloon to make two sets of four small 0.5 finger toe bubbles to attach onto the feet of the cat.
Tie the knot into the pinch twist at the back of the feet/toes and then wrap the knot on the black balloon tight around the centre toe bubbles and back around into the pinch twist again. Repeat for the second foot/toe.
Add a 1 finger pink bubble for the nose and add features.

If you are having problems or something is unclear then please just ask :)

I've just realised that I've made this one different from the original. The original one has a 4/5 finger bubble at the rear of the head to make for a fuller face/head look with the light black soft line bubble between the eyes as well :(  :o

Will put up an extra picture tomorrow just to clarify.
