I have gone with the wobbly flower design.
This is a pretty old design as it was on my DVD 2 collection.
You could attach it to a hairband but the original idea
was for it to be on a wristable.

Inflate the 160 wild berry for the base.
Inflate leaving 8 fingers un-inflated, make a 3 finger fold
twist followed by seven more 3 finger fold twists.

Make a small pinch twist bubble so the base sits flat.
Deflate rest of the balloon.

For quickness you could just make a six petal base instead of the eight.

Inflate the spring green in the centre, there is a knack to doing this.
hold your hand over the first section of the balloon before inflating.

Inflate to approx. 6 finger bubble.

Make a 1 finger bubble which will be for the centre of the flower
followed by a 2 finger fold twist. Make two more two finger fold
twists which will then leave you a 1 finger bubble for the
centre of the second flower.

The end of the base balloon (Wild Berry) you can use to tie around the
spring green fold twists a couple of times to attach both together.

Weaken both ends of the spring green balloon and get the 1 finger bubbles to the end.
Tie both with a knot to match.

Inflate the yellow 260 and make three 1.5 finger pinch twists.

Followed by three less than 1 finger pinch twists
for the top section of the flower.

Attach the 1 finger bubbles to the centre of the flower and wrap the
spring green around the flower a couple of times to secure.

If the flower is too top heavy then wrap the lower section of the
160 spring green around the base till you have it balancing.

You can attach this to the wrist or a hairband.

Hope it is of use to some and if you do make it then please post a picture.
Thanks.
