I was just adding up the entries and saw I missed replying to this, measure the amount of un-inflated balloon before you start twisting.
this way it's a good gauge for next time and knowing if you need to add or leave out the air in the balloon.

I have done the draw, just making sure the winner received the complimentary pack of balloons etc.

This month's winner it "Tiptop" congrats. Thanks to all who entered, we are running the competition again this month with the frozen princess wand as the design.
