Are we having a Model of the Month for June?

I would like to see anything that flies.

There are over 30 model of the months to try already posted if anyone would like to have a go. I'm away till Tuesday and will post something up next week unless someone else would like to run the model of the month for June. It would mean posting instructions as well though nearer the end of the month. I will also post the instructions for the giraffe next week for the May model of the month.

As we are late into the month I will put up an easier one but one I do like very much but have never made in the real world, a two balloon parrot.
Please post you attempts and any variations on a theme.

Not sure how long ago I made these but I think I will explain them at the basic day in Enfield in a couple of weeks time.

I like that - I always use a seperate balloon for the swing anyway so this would be an easy adeptation.  I can't believe I hadn't thought of it before.  Thanks for the inspiration.  Hopefully I'll be able to try it soon
Keep Smiling!

Well Graham, I just really wanted you to know that I am trying this model.  However, as it didn't quite work out like yours I am calling it "Utter Frustration"!  I figured you may get a chuckle out of one of the "not so great" efforts that has been twisted and twisted and twisted.  LOLOLOL

Here's my offering. It does have the ploom down the back of the head. Nice model to make. Will get quicker with practice!

Great first effort Millie.  :D As a fellow 60 year old, I know it takes effort to learn the "new tricks" but it is worth it! Keep at it!

Here are the instructions for the model of the month, I had to make it a few times myself as this is a fairly new design for me and I have only made it about 6 times altogether.

Inflate the yellow balloon to 3 fingers un-inflated, before inflating stretch the balloon between finger and thumb and then once inflated strectch again. This way the perch will be nice and large, the green balloon inflate leaving 4 fingers un-inflated and tie the two balloons together, leave a long excess on one balloon as you can wrap this around the neck/body section and it helps to hold all in place. Make a 2 finger pinch twist in the yellow balloon and then a 3 finger bubble.
