With the green balloon do another 3 finger bubble and twist both together. The excess on the knot now wraps around these two twists as per the photo.

Make another 3 finger bubble and wrap around the yellow pinch twist and then three 1 finger bubbles which tie into the neck.

With the green balloon make a 6 finger body twist followed by two 2 finger pinch twists for the feet, then two more 6 finger bubbles that go to the neck and back to the feet. The chest for the parrot needs to be approx 1 finger longer and wraps around the feet.

Push the yellow chest bubble slightly into the lower body near the feet. The end of the yellow balloon wraps around the feet and should sit slightly into the centre of the back of the parrot.
Put a shock twist onto the parrot tail for the look and to angle the tail down.

I hope those that were struggling with this one can work it out now from the instructions? If anyone else makes the parrot then please post as we would all like to see them.

As I was the one who was struggling, here is my effort.  Your instructions were good, but I have no idea how you got the green nozzle down to the neck - I left lots but it just wasn't enough.  Thanks Graham, I am learning so much more by being challenged and enjoying it as well!!!!

I haven't been on the forum in a while as things have been pretty hectic (Thanks Graham for not deleting me).  Anyway, I thought I'd get back into things by trying one of the monthly models.  Here's my go at the parrot...love this design.

Thanks,

   Michael
