This is the place for the March model of the Month,
I'm still deciding what it will be.

We are already to go with the tiger instructions, all filmed and pictures re-seized.
Will try and post tonight.

I took a picture with a 260 black but in the packs we are putting a 160 black
as proportionally this looks better with the finished look.

Start by inflating the orange 260 leaving 5/6 fingers in-inflated.

Make a 4 finger bubble, 1.5 finger bubble, 4 finger bubble, 1.5 finger bubble and another 4 finger bubble.
This is like a teddy bears head.

Then twist a 1.5 finger bubble into a pinch twist for underneath the head.

You then need a 4 finger bubble and a 5 finger bubble then twist a 2 finger bubble into a pinch twist.

Push the 260 through the centre of the head bubbles.

Make a 1 finger bubble followed by a 1.5 finger pinch twist.
Inflate the next 260 orange and leave 5 fingers in-inflated.
Twist this around the last pinch twist before you deflate the first orange 260.
You get a better connection this way.

Then make two 4 finger bubbles for the front legs and twist into the pinch twist.

You then need a 5 finger bubble for the body and then a 1.5 finger pinch twist.

Then two more 4 finger bubbles for the rear legs twisted into the rear pinch twist.

You then need the last 5 finger bubble to double up on the body section
and twist this into the front pinch twist.

Break off the orange 260 but leave a 5/6 finger bubble for the tail.
This has to be re-attached onto the rear pinch twist.

You might like to have another 5 finger bubble for the top section of
the body but I preferred the look of just two 5 finger bubbles.

Inflate the white 160 to approx. half way.

Make a soft 4 finger bubble then two 1 finger pinch twists followed
by one 1.5 finger pinch twist. The larger pinch twist sits on the underside.

Then make another soft 4 finger bubble and tie into the knot.
You will see this better on the next picture.

Attach the white 160 to the lower head pinch twist.
The three pinch twists connect to the front of the head bubbles.
Twist the larger pinch twist around the joint.

Push the white 160 between the front legs of the tiger.

The knot on the orange at the lower head pinch twist,
pull this up to the pinch twist and the top at the back of the head.
It pulls the head section together, then when you twist the two
ear pinch twists this will be easier as they are closer together.

Twist the 160 into the back of the legs and discard the rest of this balloon.
You could probably use the remainder for the next tiger.

On the model I made I used a 260 black for the nose and the black around the white section.
I think it looks too big so have put in a black 160 into the packs and will post a picture of
this on the next post.

Inflate the black balloon to 1 finger and twist into a soft round bubble,
attach to the three pinch twists. Run the puff of black around both
sides and re-attach at the pinch twists.

I tried once with a puff of air and once with the black 260 not inflated.
Neither looked right to me.

This is why I changed it to a 160 puff inflated and the black going
across the white 160 pinch twists to define the tigers mouth.

Add the artwork or as some keep saying the ink work as the model is the artwork
and hopefully your tiger will have turned out OK.

Next time I might try the centre head section a 4 and a 6 bubble
so the head of the tiger looks down a little. On this model the
head/body section all looks too much in one straight line to me.
