We are going with the troll for this month, as usual everyone is most welcome to join in to
try the design but those who purchase balloons from us and have received the complimentary
balloon pack will go into the draw to win a balloon modelling DVD at the end of the month.

It's just a little thank you to our customers.
There are a few variations over on the troll thread but I'm trying to keep it as simple as possible
so that maybe some will make this in the real world scenario.

Variations on a theme, troll-t10819.html

1031161758-1.jpg[/attachment:iwabn9zi]  I love your Trolls Graham, so much that I had to give it a try as well.  The taller troll was the first one I did, but didn't like the proportions. The smaller one I liked a little better, so I added the headband.  Thanks for posting such a cute little troll :-).
Have a happy day <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_smile.gif" alt=\":-)\" title=\"Smile\" />

This is what will be in the complimentary packs this month,
fingers crossed enough spare with the 160's and 260's.

A little behind at the moment so will try to post the step by step instructions up on Thursday.

Here we go then with the instructions, if you see the other designs there are a few extras that I have added.
Two tone skirt, flowers in hair etc, I was trying to make one for the real world and this is the one I have been using.

Inflate the 350 wild berry to a 6 finger bubble,
this is important as it's the width of 5 160's which we use for the hair.

Inflate a pink 350 to approx. 12 fingers. Leave the end knot long as you will use this later to attach the top of her dress.
Tie them together and cut off one of the ends, this makes for a cleaner ear to head twist.
Twist a 2/3 finger pinch twist depending on what size you would like her ear to be.

Twist a 6 finger bubble in the pink balloon, twist together with the wild berry.
Tie the pink and wild berry together in the centre of the 6 finger bubble.

Make another 2/3 finger pinch twist for the other ear.

Cut off excess pink balloon. You can make two heads from one 350 balloon.

Inflate a 160 wild berry, the first couple of times you make this it might be best to pre-stretch
so you get an extra 3/4 fingers in length on the balloon.

Make a 2 finger bubble and then a 6 finger bubble, you can let the 2 finger bubble untwist here.
(In the picture I have tied this twist up to take the photo)

Twist the six finger bubble around one of the ears, run the 160 along the top of the head and twist into the other ear.

Make another six finger bubble and re-twist the first 2 finger bubble and twist these together.

You now have to make another six finger bubble and run this
underneath the 160 that was placed along the top of the 350's.

Then another six finger bubble back to the top of the hair.

You now have to make another six finger bubble and run this
underneath the 160 that was placed along the top of the 350's.

Do the same again with 6 finger bubbles so that you have three sections
running underneath the 160 on top of the head.

On mine the last bubble was approx 4 fingers so I deflated it to match.

Inflate the tropical teal and leave approx.  7 fingers un-inflated.
Make two 2 finger bubbles and then twist these into pinch twists,
you van make separately but I prefer this way.
It makes for the same size pinch twist with the same pressure in both as well.

You then need between a 3/4 finger bubble for the body,
followed by a 3 finger and a 1,5 finger bubble for the first section of the lower dress.
(Again for the picture I have tied these twists just to take the photo)

Twist the 3 finger and 1.5 finger bubbles together,
you then need to make four more sections like this with a 3 finger and 1.5 finger bubble in each section.

Once done the underneath of the dress will look a little flower like.

Then attach the top of the dress to the knot in the centre of the two 350 balloons.

I like to pull the un-inflated 350 around one of the pinch twists,
it secures the two together better.

If you are careful one 160 will make the arms and the legs.
I did use two just for ease here.

Inflate a pink 160 approx. half way, make a 1 finger bubble and a 2 finger fold twist.
Push the 1 finger bubble through the fold twist so it does not come undone.

I make the arms 4 fingers in length, twist this around the two pinch twists under the head.

Make another 4 finger arm, a 2 finger fold twist and a 1 finger bubble for the other hand.
Push the 1 finger bubble through the fold twist again to secure.

The legs, I inflated another pink 160 to approx. half way.
Twist a 1/2 finger bubble and a 3 finger fold twist.
Then make a 1 finger bubble and pinch twist this, it helps with the direction of the feet to the legs.

I made a 5 finger bubble for the leg, twist this around and into the bottom of the dress.

Make another 5 finger bubble for the second leg followed by a 1 finger bubble.
Pinch twist this, then make the other foot, a 3 finger fold twist.
