Now attach another white 260 to the top section of the head at the pinch twist, make a bubble the same size as the 350 and twist the 260 around the lower pinch twist.

You then need a 6 finger bubble for the nose/bridge of the head, this sits snugly above the pinch twist in the middle of the head section.

Then twist another 6/7 finger bubble to match the 350 and twist into the top pinch twist.

You are now going to make the ears, twist a 5 finger, then a 3 finger bubble and twist back to the pinch twist.

Repeat again for the other ear and then discard the rest of the 260 balloon.

The back of the head should look similar to the first picture.

Now for the ride in section of the horse,
inflate the other 350 leaving 3 fingers un-inflated, make two 4 finger bubbles and then tie the knot over the centre of these two bubbles to make two pinch twists.

Tie the end of the balloon into the pinch twists and split the 350 into two, this is where the tail will sit later.

Take the 350 from the head of the horse and twist a 4 finger bubble, (the neck needs to be approx four hands 16 fingers in length) twist this into the two pinch twists.
You might need to deflate the balloon a little to get a 4 finger bubble at the bottom of the balloon.

Then make a soft pinch twist with the 4 finger bubble, this all helps to support the neck and head of the horse.

The mane, inflate the 160 all the way and leave soft'ish, twist a 5 finger fold twist bubble at the end, this will get twisted into the top pinch twist.
Twist the remainder of the balloon into a spiral until it reaches the three pinch twists.

Deflate the excess 160 and twist into the bottom pinch twists of the ride in section 350.

Making the reins, there will be version two at the end of the instructions but the first way is to split the 160 with one side being approx 5/6 fingers longer.

Twist the off centre twist into the middle of the head pinch twist, twist a 4 /5 finger bubble into the mouth fold twists from both sides.

The longer part of the 160 make a 5/6 finger bubble that will sit over the top of the horses mouth,

Run the rest of the 160 behind the neck for the child to hold onto.
You could add a twist behind the neck or behind the main or leave loose, as in a picture later. Decisions to be made, you have a choice.

Spiral the rest of the 160 until you have a 3 finger bubble at the other end.
Push one end of the balloon under the spiral to lock into place and attach the tail into the split of the 350 white.

This is the picture for the reins to be left open to have a proper feel of how you would ride a horse, the choice is yours.

I would have the tail pointing down but to make the pictures easier to photograph I had the tail horizontal.

Reins again, inflate the 160 leaving 2 fingers un-inflated.

If you would like a continual loop for the reins then attach the 160 into the two mouth fold twists, run a 4/5 finger bubble into the centre
pinch twist and then down the other side of the face with another 4/5 finger bubble. Twist a 5/6 finger bubble for the bridge of the mouth,

Bring the 160 all the way around the back of the neck and mane and twist into the mouth fold twists.

You can put a twist into the 160 in the centre at the back.

These pictures were taken before I added the tail to the horse.
