Here come the instructions for this month, being the honest person that I am ;)
After making the poodle it looked too big to me so the final pictures are of the second attempt while all the instruction pictures are of the original larger model.
The bubble size in the instructions are for the smaller model although the pictures may appear to look slightly larger.

Head & Body

Inflate a 360 to 8 fingers un-inflated, twist five – 3 finger pinch twists for the top of head.
I find it easier to twist these as you go as this way you can soften the bubble for every pinch twist
Do a 5 finger bubble for head, followed by two more 5 finger bubbles for nose, get rid of excess

Inflate another 360 again 8 fingers un-inflated & twist two 3 finger pinch twists & then attach to the first balloon.

You need a 3finger bubble for the neck followed by two more 3 finger pinch twists. The body is a 8 finger bubble followed by yet another two 3 finger pinch twists for attachment points for the rear legs & tail.

Legs

Leave 8 fingers un-inflated on a 260, twist a 3 finger bubble for the foot then a 1 finger pinch twist followed by a 2 finger bubble then three 1 finger pinch twists. The leg can vary between a 6/8 finger bubble of your choice & attach around the front body pinch twist, repeat for the other front leg to match.

Repeat the above for the rear legs unless you only want your poodle to have one set of legs
(TIP have the back legs slightly shorter than the front, this will make the poodle look up & stand better)

Tail & Ear Pom Poms

Inflate 3 separate 360 with a 4 finger bubble at the end of each & tie the balloon at least 4/5 fingers  down the length of the un inflated section, hopefully the picture will help with this. Attach the two pom poms to the five pinch twists at the top of head & the tail to the two rear body pinch twists.

The lips could be made in pink but I like the look of the red fish lips on the poodle, they are two 2 finger pinch twists rolled through the two 6 finger nose bubbles to attach.

And finally a black 2 finger bubble for the nose. I find the nose looks better if a very loose pinch twist is tied together rather than the end of the balloon, makes the shape more nose like.
Although in the picture it is just the end of the balloon inflated but on the second attempt which is the finished poodle the nose was done with the loose pinchtwist.

The first picture is my grandson Zakh trying to help with taking the picture.

Graham you say two pinch twists between the neck and the body, but I only see one big pinch twist, isn't it?

The original model at the top looks like two pinch twists the final one looks like one pinch twist?

Magicseb,

It's good to know that someone reads the instructions :)
Yes as smiggle said the original posted poodle has two pinch twists between the neck & body & on the step by step there is only one.

I'd go with two as you can get the legs sitting better & firmer.

4 years late, but here's mine.  The white bubbles around the poodle's neck is her leash.
