Here are the instructions a little late but as they say better late than never  :)

Inflate both balloons leaving six fingers un-inflated, with the goldenrod twist two 2.5 finger bubbles and twist together.
Then twist a 1 finger bubble and then a 2 finger pinch twist which will be the front light.
You then need a 3 finger bubble followed by a 1 finger pinch twist for the bottom middle section of the frame. Another 3 finger bubble and a 1 finger pinch twist for the rear light.

Twist two 2.5 finger bubbles for the rear inner wheel which are twisted back around the rear light pinch twist.
You then need a 3 finger bubble to double up the rear frame twisted around the pinch twist for the middle frame section and then another 3 finger bubble for the front tank section which is twisted around the front light pinch twist.
Discard the rest of the balloon.

Now with the black balloon twist two 1 finger pinch twists and wrap them above the two 2.5 twists which are the centre of the front wheel and wrap the black balloon around these two bubbles snugly to become the front tyre.

Twist a 3 finger bubble for the top of the petrol tank and twist around the middle frame pinch twist. Twist another 1 finger pinch twist into the black balloon here as this will help with the shape and overall look of the bike when finished.
You then need another 3 finger twist for the bottom of the rear frame section twisted around the rear light pinch twist and then a 2 finger pinch twist for the seat. And finally wrap the black balloon snugly around the two 2.5 twists which are the rear inner wheel.

So to finish up inflate a silver 260 and twist a 2 finger bubble followed by a 1 finger pinch twist for a wing mirror and then twist a 3 finger bubble around the front light pinch twist.
Repeat for the other side of the handlebars with a 3 finger bubble, 1 finger pinch twist and then a 2 finger bubble.
Discard the rest of the balloon.

You can make the bike from just two balloons if you wish, the lime balloon needs to be pre-stretched and with 7 fingers left un-inflated. You start with one of the handlebars and have two 1 finger bubbles between the two bubbles that are for the inner front wheel and the front light pinch twist so that you use only one continual 260.
With these pictures I have also turned over the petrol tank so that two bubbles are on top and the rear frame so that two bubbles are underneath. This way the rear tyre fits more snugly between the two lower rear frame bubbles and give the bike a different look.

The only difference between the two bikes is that when you add the black balloon as in the second picture there are
three small 1 finger bubbles above the two black pinch twists on the
front tyre instead of two as on the first bike. The difference is not noticable on the pictures.

Hello, Graham,

Just wanted to let you know I have had GREAT success with this motor bike design in restaurants, so I am hereby publicly declaring that I owe you a meal the next time we meet. I have scaled it down to use 260's and have probably made 100-200 by now. Thanks for the great design! Quick and effective ($)....

Here it is again, Better late than never. Here is my attempt. Back wheel a little flat as it had a slow puncture
"At the touch of her lips, it grew long and swollen. I gasped as she squeezed and pulled expertly. It was the best balloon giraffe I\'d seen."

was trying to remember who was the inspiration for this motor-bike design and it finally came to me - Billy Damon. Thanks Billy!

I know this is an old model of the month, but I just had to give it a shot.

I am pretty happy with it.  This was my very first attempt.  I have been making a very difficult
motorcycle for many years now, and since it takes so long, I reserve it for very special occasions.
This is much easier and I like the way it turned out using 350's.

Wow, your's looks so good I wanted to try it too.  For some reason mine is too long but my husband said its a racing bike, lol.  Thanks for continuing to pull up these posts Rainbow, I will watch and try to keep up with you.  (Still beats that darn parrot)
