Title: Latest addition to my act
Post by: Graham Lee on July 21, 2010, 10:03:31 PM
I have a few ways of producing the rabbit's in my show and for the past 4 years have used Mr Snuffles who is on my website, he is an absolutely massive rabbit. If you're going to produce a rabbit it may as well be a big old rabbit  ;)  I use an old Jack Hughes doves to poodle production so you can see my rabbit is well big.
But I wanted to go back to a stunning visual, quality props doves to rabbit effect which requires a smaller rabbit so went out to a specialist breeder and purchased these two mini lops today, still to name them but it may be batman and robin as Zakh my grandson is obsessed with batman at the moment. Any other good suggestions for names are all welcome.
The one on the left is the girl and 10 weeks old with big ears and the boy on the right is 8 weeks with smaller ears.
So in a few months we will be over run with baby rabbits.

Iggle & oopsy or piggle and daisy, or peppa & george, timmy and one of his other characters ( sorry dont know this one as well grandsonis only 18 months) Popular childrens characters of the moment... or ask your grandson to name them!!

Friend of mine used to name his Wibbly & Wobbly, he said gave him good business lines with the children

The day before we went away on holiday they stopped feeding this young chick, so I took him/her away on holiday with us and kept feeding it as it was at the stage where it could survive if I force fed it. Will take a picture of a week later so you can see how he/she is coming along.

The dove did survive and came on holiday with all of the family to Butlins, I use her in the show now and yesterday one of the rabbits had a litter? Well we have a few baby rabbits.
Not sure how many but there is plenty of movement, possibly 2/3.
