I've been playing with bugs lately.  Here is a grasshopper with and without wings.  The back legs needed to be a little longer.

thank you both   .  I think I'm going to start playing with more bugs...I keep getting asked for them and I don't have any good designs.

This one was a first attempt...I think it still could use a little tweeking.  If any of you have any ideas on how to make it better, I'm open to suggestions   .

Have made up a much less cute version (I struggle with cute!) , this is Mark I.  A lot of adjustments to go, but a fun project...
