Quote from: "Graham Lee"It's been most enjoyable Rob, a little secret,
I have read the details you have posted about the animals before scrolling down to see the actual design.

Ahh thats nice and quite an interesting way of reading and seeing each animal :D

I too have enjoyed them all, although I have to say I couldn't wait to see the pictures first, then went back and read about them lol.  I'm sad that they are all finished, I always looked forward to seeing them and learning all the interesting facts.

Rob could the bow tie square be central above or below the centre advertising.

Yes it could, i have actually completely redesigned it now, i've been playing about with it as I had a bit of interest when I mentioned turning it into a poster, so I will upload the new version in a mo

Ok here is the latest version to be turned into a wall poster. I ditched my Bowtie balloon guy logo as I felt it didn't really fit in with the over all look of the poster.

What do you all think?

I kind of liked the layout of the first one better. I'm not sure what it is about the 2nd one, maybe too much black around the pics or something?  It's okay, I just preferred the first one, but that's just my opinion.

OK.  Thanks Tonya, it's a difficult one because the first version is just all the pics in a rectangle however I needed to make the images fit a certain shape of paper if its going to be a poster. The original rectangle would have a massive blank area at the top, bottom (or both) so I was trying to get around that.

If all the squares were slightly increased so they touched the sides and top/bottom?

Could the name in centre possibly be white squares with black text to remove a little more black?

So I have been playing with a few ideas and everything I do looks terrible, ha ha. I did change the centre square to white and that looks ok but I think I prefer it in black, I did however make the text bigger.

It did occur to me that the last version I made included the trimming area so that would mean a lot of blank space around the edge, I have trimmed this version to the final 'trimmed' size so you can see the final look. I have to be honest tho I dislike the photos going right up to the edge.

Here is the original version with the trimming edged actually trimmed off, but with the black square and bigger text

I like the center block black also.  What would it look like if you stretched the center block out to make the pictures on each side of the center block touch the edges also?  Just wondering.
