Hi

Hope this works! This is the balloon bride I created for one of the girls at work. Picture quality isn't brilliant as I had to take it on my camera phone, but you can get the general idea.

Hi Graham

No, no groom; she had to get this and the helium decorations home on the train that night! I went for the 'demure' look, rather than the 'OMG what am I doing?!' runaway bride thing. :D

Love it Liz, great :)

I've done 4 bride and grooms in the last year. Each time I make it, it gets better. I was asked to make the first one, and the next three were asked for after people saw them at the actual weddings on display. Each time I'm asked, I ask if they could make a small donation towards my Make A Smile Appeal, each time they donated £20, geart result for the appeal.

So don't be surprised if you get asked again.

Liz you are a lady of many talents  ;) I actually saw a kit yesterday for making a bride & groom but yours looks much nicer.  I also agree with the fellas that the face looks lovely cos the others I have seen do all seem to have the startled look on them  :D

The bride has gone a bit droopy, a few to many wines I would guess. ;) This was made 3 days before the wedding, I just copied the pic from the brides Facebook site.

Graeme

They look nice. Was It a military wedding?
When I've done a small bride & groom I've used hearts for the faces, will see if I can find some pictures.

Yes, it was a military wedding. Look forward to seeing a different idea using hearts for faces. Sounds good.

Attached the bride & groom I was talking about.
Unfortunately it's the only picture I have as about 3 years ago I had my complete portfolio stolen from an event that I was working at. I think you can get the Idea for the faces. Notice how he is sad, this was like a trade mark. Every bride was smiling & the groom sad.
