Am trying to make a twistina inspired glam bag with no luck what am i doing wrong?

Is the handle a 260? It would look daintier if that is a word with a 160 maybe, are the handle sides meant to be fitted slightly higher?
There are pictures in the events page as Christine did do a day for us and showed this so there may be a few options or I'm sure she has a CD with details to purchase.
