Could possibly be a quick Elsa or a variety of other characters with different colour combinations.
It's a variation of a design I saw Kat make at the London jam this week, that is what inspired me.
Both together and the rear view in case someone would like to have a go at making them.
A slight variation,
with the chrome I was able to get six bubbles for the lower skirt to make it a lot fuller.
