Tricky Dicky I love the naked but tasteful fairy.  Princess you are more balloon crazy than me!  Love your enthusiasm and your willingness to work on ideas and put something of your own into them.  You will be showing us how to make things soon.  Here is my latest version from the other day.  I seem to have gotten into the habit of always making each model slightly different.  Doing that I am stepping away from the original each time.  Its quite fun to do that.  Also my dove on a heart has turned into teddy on heart.  I got asked for so many of those.  But no one was allowed to have exactly the same.  NOT ALLOWED.  I get so bored when people keep asking for the model they just saw someone else with.  Except that goes out of the window when I want o finish of course.  Then they get what they are given and no arguments and all the same within two choices (Boy/girl)  Then its repeat, repeat, repeat and bye bye.

Couldn't pick a favourite this time so moved the cursor with my eyes closed and did pot luck.  This one was made for a little girl who likes music and the colour purple.  The string were above it because it had helium balloons above.

I was (to my delight) booked to do balloons at a 30th birthday party last night.  I was not sure what to expect.  I was hoping people would not just ask for rude things.  As it turned out they loved the balloons and kept thinking of new challenges.  I didn't take many photos because I was under siege but found time to take one or two then there was a lull.  It was great fun.  Some of the requests were unusual.  I used Patrick's beak technique to make the parrot.  The girl wanted a punk rocker doll and the other one is a bit unusual.  The young man wanted a gorilla but he wanted it under a tree and attached to his side.  hmmmm.   Well they all went away happy as did I.

Mandy I will get someone to take a photo of my arse and you will change your mind!!

Well the biggest hit today was my snowman balloon AGAIN!  But also a big version of my Penguin was in demand and the Polar Bear cub also went down nicely.  There was one lady who had the wearable reindeer and spent the whole time dashing round the place shouting "ho ho ho"  I love big kids!!

Hey Mark,  I like the hat.

I was having a go at a few ideas the other night.  Wanted a fat fish and ended up with an owl. Wanted a swan on a lake with a fish swimming under which I was fairly pleased with though it needs a little more thought and decided to have a go at making a duck with one 5" round and a scrap.  Well the duck is made from the 5" round and a scrap for the beak but also has a small scrap for the tail.  And I got a comedy fat fish when I finally stopped digressing.  So not  bad nights work in the end.

I was asked to do some balloons at a school today/yesterday I mean.  This one was the one I liked the most.  It was on a circus theme so I thought a nice one would be a lady standing on the back of a jumping horse.  Not sure I would make it again but it was pleasing.
