I'm pleased to say that my daughter finished in the London Marathon in 5 hours 4 minutes and apart from being a bit creaky she is fine and has raised £1500 for th Spinal Injuries Association, whilst looking out for her I spotted this man running in a balloon hat at mile 9 then agian at the finish - anyone recognize him?

Don't recognise him, but BIG CONGRATZ to your daughter. Tell her well done.

It is definately not me, I didn't run this year.
A big congratulations to yur daughter, to do it is amazing and what an excellent amount she has raised for a very good cause. Well done  

Looking at the pic again I think the balloon might have started as the Eifel tower. Maybe he's French??
