Magicseb,
Faces are all about what you what the character to portray.  To me, the one you have chosen to do is sorta cartoony in that it suggests a goofy, happy-go-lucky attitude.  When I looked at what you had created, what came to mind was that the face wasn't quite completed, not that the smile was too big.  By the way, I would have been very proud if my first attempt at making balloon faces was as good as yours is.

What I did in these photos was try and match all the bubble sizes and colors you used (same big smile) with a few minor alterations.  The first thing I did was to replace the white pinch twist above the eye with an orange one.  The second, I didn't attach the neck to the back of the head pinch twist.  I just ran the balloon down the center.  Then the third thing I did was add more hair.  Once all the hair was added, it rounded out the face and that made the smile look smaller, even though it isn't.

After I had the face made, it occurred to me that it needed a tongue so I added one.  :)

If you had intended the head to go on a 260 body, then yes, it's too large.  However, if you used a 350/360 body, it would be just about the right size.

Happy twisting,
Bonnie, The Balloon Lady
