I did one macaw (thanks Twistina) and three parrots for a 'pirate pub crawl' on Friday for a girl at work. They all dressed up as pirates and my parrots lasted most of the night.

She wanted them to sit on shoulders so I had to work out slightly different feet for them. I was quite pleased with the result. I'll see if I can recreate one and post it up (or is this thread for pirates only?)
