I'm not sure if this is just a UK character or worldwide.
I was asked for Rupert at a face paint event I attended this
week so as I had a little time decided to try and make at the event.
He is all latex, including the trousers/pants.

And yes I did plan to make his hands a little on the large side
but maybe not that large 

This is version one, I did come home and make version two and three.
