Spaceman
« on: August 17, 2020, 09:54:27 AM »
I have been making a spaceman over the weekend. It started off with 260's and a 5" balloon for the helmet.
The arms looked too thin so thought if the arms were 350's but then the legs would need to be larger
and possibly made from 5" balloons and the head/helmet from a 72 or 11" balloon.

I struggled to get a good picture with so much reflection from the 7" chrome silver balloon.
We did try a few different things and also getting the picture in different rooms so the light was coming from different angles.
I also added a little artwork to the design.

I then changed the helmet visor to Black and then Chrome Gold to see the different look.
The top section of space suit I filled in the gaps as well to look more solid on the Chrome Gold design.

That final version with the gold visor is brilliant

Thanks, I think it was on a par with the Black for me.
Perhaps I was not keen on the Chrome Silver as it was very difficult to get a good picture?
