Based on Twistinas fab traction engine I thought I would start a new thread on walk-about costumes. Here is a pic of inside our first Spongebob costume. I made with some help of a couple of friends of mine.

Kevin,

That's very nice :D  Did you wear it & for how long?
I'm guessing but that would get very hot to wear for too long.

It wasn't too bad to wear. We popped round to a nursery to show the kids and they loved it. Seeing where you are going was difficult. On the way back from the nursery a seagull decided it was a nice target to deposit its dinner and it hit the side of the balloon and missed me! phew!!

oh now that is good, that is soooo good. excellent costume, it could be a sculpture all on its own. (you could do a scary frankenstein, stand still so people think youre a balloon model, then suddenly move and watch them run ha ha)
