Many Thanks to all who helped with information with regards to the Wizard of Oz Characters we created for a party last weekend.  And to all those who have posted pictures of similar characters, where we have been able to adapt the designs into the time frame we had to create the characters.  I have posted below pics of my version of Toto in his basket. I know his eyes should have been where the black bubbles are rather than where they are, but we all learn.

Thanks too Smiggle, yes we like the Wizard too - love the way his beard worked out, the beard and scarecrow are thanks to Michael the beard has a 260 base and then the 260 curls and mini balloons are added to it to create the effect and thickness.
