I made the muscleman at Leeds, Daniel was teaching a variation of this, if you look in the events section under Leeds you will find more picture with a selection of musclemen. So I posted it on facebook with a link back to the forum as I do all the time and a few mentioned he needed to work his legs more, which I had to agree he did. So I had a go at making some, these look too busy so might have to modify if I finish them off tomorrow.

WOW  8-) must have been a darn good workout to develop legs like that !  

Just thought I'd post one I made for Mr.Plymouth last year. It was a bit smaller than yours using mainly 260s.
