I did it!  I was so pleased with myself.  I made him up Friday evening and stuck him in a balloon delivery bag ready to go and covered him in a white bed sheet (brand new I hasten to add) all morning whilst I was at the Police Station.  He arrived safely in once piece and best of all the birthday boy loved him!

Well done Yvonne you pretty much got it spot on just by looking at my pic.  Did you use 260 for the eye lids or 160?  It looks to me like 260 and it doesnt look bad at all.

No it is a 160 for the out eyes and the ears.

I actually had 3 birthday boys for yesterday's job and they all wanted something Star Wars, so I pinched this idea too    Didn't manage to get a pic though, but will recreate.

It's actually fairly straightforward to do isn't it? Looks impressive though
