Does anyone know how to preserve sculptures? I cant seem to find it anywhere? When I have big gigs I like to prepare some balloons overnight, I would really like to prep some a day or two ahead of schedule.  Help...please

Im down here in the Caribbean.  I looked around on here first but found nothing.  Any advise on the best electric pump? What are you guys using? There are so many online Im confused.
