I've had a company approach me about the opening of the Paddington Bear movie this weekend. They want balloon artists for this Sunday morning at cinemas in the following towns/cities.

The rates are not great, £90 for 2 hours. If anyone is interested, let me know.

Did these as a gift request today. I took loads of great photos in my light tent before the customer collected them - only to discover later the memory card wasn't in the camera! grrrr. These are the three the customer kindly sent me.

Need some inspiration. Any photos or instructions out there?

I had my skype session with Buster 2 weeks ago (sorry it's taken me a while to post). What a fantastic guy he is! We had a good chin-wag for well over my allotted hour. Buster was really encouraging, warm, funny and passionate about balloons.

I asked him to show me how to do a frumple twist as I hadn't attempted it yet. I was very relieved not to pop the balloon! - my effort at his shark is below

He also gave me some great tips on sculpting faces. Buster had some really helpful advice on marketing, performance and bringing together other parts of my life with balloons to use them in a new way - watch this space!

I was very nervous before 'meeting' him but I am so glad I did. There are some truly kind, generous and inspirational people in this world of balloons and buster is a perfect example of that.

Made this large Scooby and took it to the National Media Museum Bradford today where it is now on display during their Scooby Doo week

I did this centrepiece for a birthday boy recently. Any suggestions on what to charge for something like this? I did this one for a friend at mates rates but clueless about pricing decor stuff.
