Balloon Chit Chat / Balloon Cart
January 04, 2010, 02:36:31 PM
Hi everyone, this is the first time I post photos in this forum though I have been following the forum for a while. I came across this little shopping cart, just added a few pieces of wire mesh and it becomes quite handy for balloons display. The bag can easily contain more than 1000 balloons and there is space for a pump, 2 boxes for my scraps & markers, and my water bottle too.
I learnt a lot from the CDs I bought from Bonnie & Thelma; the designs are very nice and instructions easy to follow. I also learnt a lot from this forum, thanks to all the experts who post their designs here and share their experiences . Balloon Chit Chat / where to go
September 15, 2009, 01:16:29 PM
I'm NK from Singapore. will be going to USA, Anaheim (LA) ,  from 19-24 Sep, to attend a conference. Does anyone know if there is any balloon-related outlet, shops, or factory around Anaheim? hope to buy some stuff (such as books, CD, DVD, apron, magic tube or even balloons)  during my free time. We do have balloon-related stuff in Singapore but I believe I can get it cheaper in the USA  (may be I am wrong) .  Any advice please.  thank you.

Balloon Chit Chat / Nice and Easy
April 26, 2009, 03:43:54 AM
I am from Singapore, balloon twisting is my hobby.  When I first saw Thelma's "Nice and Easy"  CD, I told myself I won't buy it. I am not a beginner (neither am I very experience in twisting).  On the first look  at the pictures, I told myself I could do it w/o the CD.  At that point in time, "Easy" was in my mind, "Nice" was not.

I took a closer look, and I realized that some designs were actually quite nice. Why not give it a try? I changed my mind and that was a correct decision.

The instruction is very clear, photos are well taken, every step is easy to follow; I believe for most people with basic twisting knowledge, he/ she can make it. One important factor is that all the designs require few balloons and can be done within a short time.

I won't say I like all the designs but out of the 10, at least 8 were in my repeat-practice list. After trying, "Nice" is in my mind, "Easy" is needless to say.

 :D Thanks Thelma.
