Krazy Kev

Hello to everyone. Just been browsing the site and think it looks very helpful. Well done Graham and the people who have got it up and running :D
I have been twisting for about 6 or 7 years now although the wife tells me it has been much longer (don't know what she means by that!)
I live in the North East of England for my sins support Sunderland (I know, nothing to do with balloons but needed to get it off my chest!)
Look forward to hearing from you all

Dave,
Thanks for that but all my pics seem to be too big. Anyway they can be reduced? Should I post this topic elsewhere?
Cheers - Kevin

Hi Kev,
Welcome to the forum, there are some tips on posting pictures in the gallery section.
Wim posted my avatar as I couldn't reduce the size enough myself. This technology sems to have passed me by.

To be honest, a lot of my balloons come from the late great David Grist, Shirley Ray, Ken Stillman etc. The only thing I can claim to fame and is mine is my wearable pirate ship which takes me a few hours to make (I think I e-mailed you some photos at the time Graham). I stick a pirate in the back of it (Jack Sparrow parody) with the muscle chest of the superheroes. Add to that the Shirley Ray pirate hat she has just brought out. Other than that I'm pretty reliant on lots of other guys bringing out DVDs!

Hi PrinCeSs
I struggled at first (Don't give up!). There were 2 options for me. First I used my Adobe photoshop to reduce mine. I could also use my Olympus camera software to resize my pictures. You need to sniff around for a 'resize' tool if you have this kind of software. There is most likely an easier way to do it! It does look small and sometimes distorted but works when applying it to your profile.

P.S If I can do it, anyone can! :P

Hi Bickers,
I have posted a photo of the pirate ship (well, going to attempt to!) under the 'pictures' heading.

Any easy way to reduce piccies (not for avatars though) is when your piccie is in a folder in windows XP, click on the piccie you want then on left hand side you should see an option to 'email this file' then you should get a pop up asking you whether you want to make piccies smaller, make sure you click 'make my pictures smaller' then you should get an new email via outlook express ready to send with small piccie attached. I send it to myself then unattach piccies and save it and use that.
Good luck
