I am doing a balloon arch for my cousins baby shower..she wants footballs and basket balls with swirly 260 balloons . I found some small football shaped balloons but they are air filled and it says to heat seal them. I was thinking of just tying them but wasnt sure if that would work. this is the picture of what they asked me to make but using red, white and black balloons instead of blue and orange.
